Ian MacNessie is the brain-child of Gary Reed, Past President of PACS, made into reality in 2010 by Russell Miller, Past Vice President of PACS, former cartoonist for Disney and Artist at Large.
Russ created our Prescott Highalnd Games Mascot, Ian MacNessie, based on his other charactors he had created for the Prescott Highland Games T-Shirts designs. This time "Nessie" is here to stay as our permanant logo and trademark for the Prescott Highland Games.
